Medi Weight Loss - Motivation needed

Anyone using a medi weight loss clinic?

I will have 2 weeks down on Thursday. Week one was good, lost 7 pounds. Week two I am struggling. Eating the same old protein is getting to me big time. I don't eat red meat so eating alot of chicken, turkey bacon and fish but I'm getting really sick of it and craving the carbs. I am trying to lose 30 pounds. I don't think I lost anything this week. Going for a weigh in on Thursday and stressing.

If anyone has experience with this program or a similar protein (very low carb) program do you have any advice? I feel like I'm already ready to give up but I really want to lose this weight!

    I've done something similar and it takes a few weeks to be ok without having so many carbs. I suggest spicing up your protein as much as you can. Lots of seasonings. If you like spicey, go with that. It's makes it more satisfying.
