Did my protien bar cause me to vomit after working out?

Hey everyone. Ok so today I have eaten a bagel and banana for breakfast, lean cuisine for lunch.. And about an hour and a Half before doing Zumba I had some coffee and an apple. So then after Zumba I ate a protien bar right after (I had read you don't want to wait longer than 30 mins to take your protien). I have felt fine all day, during t workout even after the work out I was not nauseous.. Just after I had my protien bar.. About an hour afterwards I threw it up. I'm still feeling very sick and like my stomach I cramping. I haven't eaten or drank anything since then bc of not feeling good :( I have eaten this kind of bar before and been ok with it and I'm not lactose intolerant. I just don't know what's wrong with my body or how I make it feel better.. Does anyone know what to do/ experienced this before?
