More than two weeks ago, after watching the scale go up and down within the same 2-3 pound range, I got so depressed and obsessed I made my husband hide the scale. I haven't weighed in for about a week and a half and just concentrated on eating right and exercising. This morning I asked him to leave it out, and I finally made it out of the plateau and went down 2.5 pounds. Sigh of relief!! I feel like I'm on my way again.
