Trying to reduce my body fat percentage

Hello

So I googled 'reduce body fat percentage' and found this site...http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/drobson175.htm

I read it and understood MOST of it, but I have a few questions, which I hope people in the know could help me with.

'Moderate aerobics are likely to burn a greater amount of body fat if the intensity is kept at around 70 percent of maximum heart rate, and taken beyond the 30-minute mark' - Does that mean 30mins of constant walking (for example) or could I do 10 mins of rowing, then 10 mins cross trainer etc...(I am choosing to ignore the 70% heart rate thing as I don't have a HRM yet).

'With weight training, high repetitions with moderate weights would work best' - What does 'high repetitions' mean, does that mean to say LOTS of repetitions?

'Use a fat burning supplement' - Are there any out there that anyone recommends?

Actually, that's it. So not so many questions as first thought :)

Please help MFPers!

Unless they are suggesting you actually set fire to small pieces of your flesh, I think this is just known as exercise and healthy diet
  • Think some people tend to use L-carnatine? Maybe read up on that, but to be honest, I don't believe in any supplements - at the end of the day we just have to work hard and sweat it out for real results!

Everything there is incorrect aside from using a fat burner, and really fat burners are best left to people who are already lean looking to get really lean. As far as a good fat burner goes, the best and most basic would be ephidrine + caffeine. You can google "EC stack" In the US the only thing you can buy with ephidrine in it that I know of is Bronkaid. Or you can order straight ephidrine from Canada. You can buy or order caffiene pills no problem or drink coffee or w/e

    My biased advice:
Do heavy weight lifting on a proper beginner routine
Do whatever amount fo whatever kind of cardio you feel like doing
    Do the same every week
Eat the same amount every day
Adjust calorie intake and\or cardio amount based on results or lack of
