Not new...BUT first time losing weight!

So I joined this site ages ago with the intention of being fit and healthy.. *pssshttt* it never happened, I lost a couple of pounds then thought BRILLIANT i'm losing weight and never logged in again.

So here I am, bigger than ever ....

BUT

I am doing a 12 week challenge at my gym, i'm working out very hard and being fairly strict on what i'm eating and....

i'm 14 lb down in 6 weeks .. i've never been down anything in my life. I can now run without feeling like my lungs are on fire.
I've also quit smoking which is helping me train harder..
Feel free to add me as a friend as I'm going to need help in achieving my goals which I will do. I have no doubt in this now.
