Race for the Cure - Baltimore

Last Spring, with the support of family and my i5 Life Group, I decided to start my fitness journey (well...re-start). This Summer, I challenged myself to begin running (and those who have known me since Howard U know I am not a runner!). M...y 1st attempt on the treadmill, I could not do 30 seconds...but Trisha Transformations would not let me quit. Soon, I could run 5 mins, 10 min, 20min nonstop. Now I am able to run 3 miles at 36 min...GLORY!! And, I am officially registered for the Race for the Cure as a RUNNER!
