What to wear

I was wondering what people wear while running long distances in the fall? I am either always hot or cold on what I wear, and do not want to be carrying a lot of layers as I warm up and shed some outer layers.

I dress like it is 10 degrees warmer outside than it actually is. So if it is 10 degrees outside I will dress like its plus 20. I'm only cold for the first 5 minutes or so then I warm up nicely. Works for me.0

I leave the house so I'm cool (not cold) - that way when I get warmed up I'll feel pretty good.
You could do some warming up inside if you wanted to... if the cool start was that big of a deal to you.0 -
