Here we go again with another kick at the cat. I'm 32 and have decided my beer gut has to go. I finished my entries for dinner last night and still had 700 calories left! Could have pounded down a Big Mac. Had another apple and hit the sack. My understanding is that if you consume too few calories your body can go into conservation mode. Is this accurate? Also, anyone that would like to be friends on here would be more than welcome!

Yes this is true. If you consume less the 1200 calories or so the body goes into starvation mode. It will start to store fat. Not exactly sure on the number of calories but it is something like that.0
