52" shoulders and 36" waist? My chest is 52" and waist is 34". 6'3" 235 lbs. of heavy liftin *kitten* kickin old man at 46. lmao0 -
I'm not hot but I am older and have lost 22 pounds since Memorial Day. Used to be an awesome runner in the 70's and 80's and now just getting back into it and love this site to help with accountability for nutrition and exercise.
No, I ain't old yet but dang, someone named AARP keeps sending me mail!!
(We will be graced with our fourth grandson shortly after Christmas.)
I have lost a whopping 120 lbs over the past 2 1/2 years and have also gotten back into running. 25-30 miles weekly... or is that weakly? Na ja, whatever.
I teach Algebra and German in a public school in the MS Delta, which can be pretty scary some days, and my running is the only thing that keeps me sane. that is my focus time where I can sort out all the crap that goes along with the job.0 -
I have the "older" part (45) and I'm on MFP...still working on the "hot" part.0
