help!!

Ok so I was wondering if I could get some advice from you wonderful people.

I have made my diary public now.

I have realised after looking up about bmr for example that I actually need to eat more to loose weight. Does anyone agree/disagree.I was trying ti stick to 1200 a day but have changed this to 1350.

My bmr is 1596 but surely I can't go straight up to this without putting on weight. I have lost 14lbs but it has started to plateau.

Also I don't want my diary shared on facebook, making it public on here won't make it public on Facebook will it?
