Flabby Arms..what to do?

Would anyone be willing to provide a good arms routine? I know that most of the flab will go away with the weight loss and I have already noticed a difference. The flab I am talking about is on the underside of the arm when you make a muscle with your arm up. I am getting nice definition, tone, and muscle in my upper arm but the flab below lingers.

My normal exercise schedule is a 30 minute walk at lunch, a 45-60 minute jog/walk at night, and 30 day shred. I do sometimes do Walk Away the Pounds with 3lb weights for 45 minutes as well.

I think I would like an idea of the best things to do to get your arms more toned overall and want to make sure I am doing all I can since I don't have much strength training in my exercise schedule. I need to know what types of equipment I am going to need to.

Thanks for the help!

As you said the flab will only go away with fat loss. As far as building the muscle on the underside of your arm (triceps) the bes tthing would be horizontal pushing exercises such as push ups or some type of bench press. Either of those of course is best done incorporated with a proper resistance training routine suited to your training level that trains your whole body.
