So I've been trying my "bestest" to make the right choices and eat what i'm supposed to and drink lots of water. Unfortunately for me, right when I started seeing progress BAM! It's here - my TOM :grumble: Please tell me that after it's over, my scale will go down! It's been staying pretty steady - which don't get me wrong, i'll take it! Just as long as it doesn't go up! Butt dang it all, I need to see it change!! Tell me it's just due to TOM! Share your insight with me good or bad, I can take it! Thanks all!

I normally retain and extra 2 - 4 lbs of water weight during TOM. Don't worry. Keep to your eating plan and water and it will go away.0
