I try to do 60 min of cardio a day but with my 5 month old taking shorter naps i am finding it hard to get a full 60 mins in at once. Does it make a diffrence if i do 30 mins in the morning and 30 mins at night?

Yes, it makes a difference because it fits your schedule which means you'll keep going. Other than that not really (conventional wisdom suggests a minimum duration of 20 minutes at least three times weekly to improve cardiovascular fitness)0
