Hi everyone,
I've been dieting and exercising since the start of June, but I chanced across this website only today.
I've still got 34lbs to go, to hit my target, but I've lost 22lbs already, so I'm feeling pretty confident. Also, my fitness level is the highest it has been for years, so I'm happy with that. And I've lost 5 inches off my waistline, so I'm in to most of my jeans/trousers etc.
I've also signed up to to 100 Push Ups programme. Until now, all my exercise has been running or cycling, with a concerted effort to increase my cardio fitness level, without bulking up, as I feel bulky enough as it is. I thought it was time to work on my upper body strength now, so the push up programme will keep me busy as well.
I like having the ticker, as it acts like a "reward" system, showing the results of the work and dieting put in. Equally, no one wants to see it slip back up in the wrong direction!
