Insanity Diet Plan vs. Wheat Bloat

I am on day 3 of Insanity and I'm following the nutrition plan in the guidebook. I was glad to see that I can have carbs such as whole wheat tortillas or whole wheat bagels.... HOWEVER, I was reading last week about wheat bloat and now I'm wondering if this is really the best plan to follow.

The reason I was reading about wheat in the first place was because some of the ladies in another thread had been talking about cutting out wheat because it's not good for us, and that it causes bloating.

I'd like to hear what other people think (especially if you're doing, or have done, Insanity). Thanks!
