I eat at 12 pm, 6 pm and a snack in between if needed. There is no definite time that you should eat, just when it works for you and you're able to get all your calories. So I wouldn't say you're "off whack"! :flowerforyou:
  • I have breakfast at 8am, Lunch at 11am, and Dinner anywhere from 4pm - 9pm. If its a late dinner I will have a fruit snack or Popsicle or jello or something to hold me over.

    Weekdays:
    Breakfast- 8 a.m.
    Lunch- 12:30 - 1 p.m.
    Dinner- 5 - 6 p.m.

On weekends I'm rarely awake early enough for breakfast to matter & I snack all day (on healthy stuff of course) instead of having regular mealtimes. But my weekday schedule is set in stone because my bosses are a tad neurotic about "wasting time on food."

I haven't noticed it mattering for me when I eat, particularly.

    If I'm up at 8: b4 9, 11:30, 2:30, 5:30, 9
I often am up until 1am, so 9am is a more typical wake up. Then my meal schedule looks more like: b410, 12, 3, 6, 9

5 meals, every 2-3 hours or so. Some of my meals hold me for the full 3 or longer, others run through me in 2. I find that I'm not usually "hungry" when my next meal time hits.. but I can tell that I've forgotten to eat because I often get a slight headache that goes away w/in 30 minutes of eating.

The actual time I eat varies slightly on weekdays but it's almost always in these time windows:

    8:30-9:30am breakfast
    11:30-1:30pm lunch
    6-7pm dinner
    10pm small snack

On weekends it varies a lot depending on how early or late I wake up, whether or not I'm out of town for work, the schedule of events for work, etc.
