Fat calculator

I am looking for a fat calculator that I can use with a tape measurements. Any one know the best place to find that?

I found two. For female one has measurements at neck, waist, and hips. For females the second one has measurements at wrist, waist, hips, and forearm. When I punch in the numbers they give me a 10% difference. So I want to know which one is better to use.
