routine changes.

Ok so i've been doing tae bo for about a month now mostly doing the boot camp series mission one: getting started. and starting to get in to mission two.: maximum power. out side of the three in that series i have three other videos. two of which i have never done before and one that i had for gotten how intence it was. the other day i did the one i had forgotten and just about didn't finish but got through it. today i tried a new one called taebo power. i dont remember the last time my armes burned like this.

any one else have simulare experiances with slight changes to their routine?
