Hi, I'm Michelle 
I've got about 20 lb more to lose (I've already lost 30 lb) and I guess I'm just looking for some support and people on the same journey that I am.
I find it really hard to stick to healthy eating (especially on the weekends) - I really have no willpower lol. I decided to join MFP to keep better track of what I'm actually eating and shame myself out of eating junk.
