confused about eating back exercise calories
I don't get it. What's the thing with eating back exercise calories? What's so unique about back exercises? I also do chest, arms, legs, and even some cardio. Why doesn't anyone talk about eating arm exercise calories, or eating leg exercise calories? And if I do back and legs on the same day, do I only eat the back exercise calories? Seems rather arbitrary.

I only eat my leg exercise calories since I know I burn a lot more when I work my legs (bigger muscle group).0
