What to do when you're not hungry for lunch?
Breakfast: 1 sm banana and Shakeology
Snack: 1 granny smith apple and peanut butter

  • try to snack on something small, like almonds. they are really good for you. that is what i did and lost 2 1/2 pounds in 3 days
  • You can change your meal headings if you dont eat lunch. My sister does hers in like 3 and 4 hour increments. like instead of breakfast she has 6-10 and instead of lunch 10-12 and dinner is like 12-4 or something. So you can change it to anything you like
  • that would work too. if you are not hungry, i never make myself eat, and if i get hungry between time i will drink 16 oz of water. that feels me up really quick.
