hey all:) I am new to this site and obviously trying to lose weight. I had a baby July 31, 2009. At first the weight came right off then the last ten stuck around. Didn't mind so much until the holidays when I packed on another eight. Trying to get pregnant again and really want my starting weight when I get pregnant to be closer to my prebaby weight then my current weight. I know it takes time (took me a year with my oldest), but just seems harder this time! Hoping encourgement from you all and keeping track will help!

Hi Army wife. I'm an Air Force wife I starn a mission too. I suggest using eating according to the specific portions established by your meal. It's not so hard if you are using cookbook recipies. I started doing so last week and I am really alarmed by how much I was over eating. Good luck to you0
