I'm active. I have a very active job, I run 4 times a week, and walk at least 2 miles a day.

Well I am crazy for sugar. Craisins are my absolute favorite!! I also love Clif bars, Kind bars, ...trader joe's peanut butter cups....

But the problem is, I have been eating more and more sugar lately, and can't really stop. I'm not hungry for other foods. I'll survive off of clif bars, apple fritters, and fruit juice no problem haha. It's not just the fatty stuff like donuts, I would be more than satisfied with a bunch of bananas and craisins! If I do have a donut, candy, something of a truly bad sugar, I am fatigued in an instant!

Now whenever I wake up I MUST have sugar. Even after 8 hours of sleep, I don't feel well rested. I've been feeling very weak lately, and end up in bed before I can finish my apple fritter. I wonder if this would be related to how active I am, and blood sugar levels?
I had a blood sugar test and my estimated average is 100.
