Leslie sansone videos not enough ?

I started almost a month ago and I am doing leslie sansone wotp dvd's almost everyday. I am just doing the
2 mile right now. I did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred with weights the other day (Wow!) Here's the question
can I lose weight doing just Wotp's? I get about 1315 calories a day, I always eat all the calories! I have lost
5 lbs since beginning of month. I just wonder if I am doing enough or should I really try with the shred dvd, my
muscles are still sore! It seems as though a lot of people on here are doing the really hard dvds, so I am
wondering if mine is too wimpy! :)
