School Shooting

This isn't related to dieting or weight loss.. but sometimes things need to be in perspective

Today there was a school shooting at a local Junior High.. a boy committed suicide.

There was terror and tears for nearly everyone involved.

As parents came to pick up their kids after hearing the news.. imagine the relief and fear that courses through them.

Today.. take a moment to love on your kiddos, your nieces or nephews, your young cousins.... make sure they know you love them and make sure they know that if someone is bullying them that they can come to you and talk. There is always a way to get through your problems. For me, God brought me through everything.

Love your family... there is one family who will be missing their son tonight.
