Problems with #2

Alright guys...just saw another post on here about being constipated when dieting. I am having the opposite problem!!

The big D 2 or 3 times per day since yesterday (Monday was the first day of my new diet). I figure it's my system getting everything worked out. I also have been sweating more than normal...tell me that's my metabolism kicking in!

Any advice?

    had the same problem when starting new diet back in May 2012. only last for 3 or 4 days and might also have headaches and funny taste in your mouth due to the body going in to Ketoses state (driven by adjusting calories, carb, fat and protein intake which puts the body in to fat burning state). If it does go on for more then that you should think about consulting a doctor just to be safe.
