Weight help!

Hey guys! I haven't been on here for quite some time, and noticed myself ballooning up again so I thought it was time to buckle down again.

Recently I have been running and walking a lot and doing some small strength workouts, but I'm gaining weight! It's just making me lose my motivation to do anything. Is there anything else I can do to shed the pounds? I eat properly and drink lots of water.

Any suggestions? I don't know where to start and googling things is just confusing me more as each website says something different.
