Food Schedule

I work 10am to 8pm 4 days a week. I have tried to bring my dinner to work with me, this just does not work for me. Right now my schedule is eat breakfast around 8:30 before leaving for work. Snack at 12. Lunch around 2 or 3 and another snack between 5 and 6. Dinner is always between 9 and 10 and I am up until almost midnight. I try to keep dinner as light as possible even on the nights that I feel like my stomach is about to eat itself. I am still sticking to my recommended calories and am working out when I find time. I feel when I am off work because I eat dinner sooner its not as bad.

Does anyone have this same situation or an idea for when time just does not work in your favor? What do you do when you are not prepared for a change in your schedule. Or for those of you who have weird work schedules like me how do you work around your food schedule.
