I am a cardio junkie. There I said it. I do cardio for 2-3 hours a day and not a whole hell of a lot happens. I am sick of putting in all these hours and not seeing the results. I have decided to do this instead. Where before i was aiming to burn 1000 calories a day now i will aim for 500, and do strength training. I will still aim for about 1200 calories but I will eat back calories burned and stick closer to the daily sugar and fat. Any other ideas?
