Would you consider roofing...

I have my daily activity set at sedentary as I work at a desk all day. This week I am helping with a roof job. Would you consider stripping shingles off the roof and laying new shingles as a cardio or as a weight lifting exercise? I know I am hitting exhaustion, but have no idea what to consider it.
Each bundle of shingles weighs about 70 lbs and tar paper (what ever that weighs), up and down the ladders, using the stripping shovel for several hours. What is this type of work considered besides exhausting?

I would definitely log some of that since it's so different from your daily routine.
My DH suggests logging it as "snow shoveling" since that would be similar (I asked him since he's done a lot of roofing and I haven't:bigsmile: ), and it is cardio.
I'm impressed you're doing that, way to go! I'd be too afraid I'd fall off!0 -
It's cardio of course. Probably burn quite a bit in a day's work.0
