Tried a year alone

Hello,

I became a member last Jan to try to shed some weight. I am not much of a message user so I went it alone. As a result I'm about the same as last Jan. New years I am going to use my lunch hour every day to update my food diary to see where I stand before Dinner. With a little help I should move my new signature trakker this year.

    Welcome. :) I log my food a day or even two ahead of time so I know exactly where I stand
