I've recently noticed a huge trend in places including my office and hotel i stay at having water jugs with fruit slices within them to add flavor. Should i still consider these 0 calorie drinks or should i add a few calories on to my count?

If you eat the fruit count the calories, otherwise I probably wouldn't.0

I'm all for being accurate when you log - but the amount of calories you would be taking in from a few fruit slices in a water jug are so low that I just wouldn't worry.0
