I'd just like to thank the person who gave the tip about making Masoor Dal in a response to someone struggling with feeling hungry. I just made my first batch and it was a-ma-zing!!! I had a rough eating day and had a meager 206 calories left over for supper. The dal was delicious and only 187 calories + veggies.
