Went for my run today and found that for the first time that I can remember neither my workout shirt nor my waist pack rode up on me! My hips/waist/stomach are starting to align with each other! Woo hoo!

Great job! Today I noticed I was actually comfortable in a workout shirt that previously showed my roll of fat lol. Yay for shrinking fat!0
