I have realized that when I am eating 1100-1200 calorie meal and burning 500 calories everyday with exercise, my weight loss is slow. Donna if I am over reacting. Has this happened with anyone.

  • Well, doesn't look like you've been at this for very long, but the short answer is yes, it is possible.

1100-1200 calories per day is not enough in general, and eating that much and not eating exercise calories back consistently is even worse.

It could 've that u need to Increase calories and ur body is holding on to keep out of starvation mode. Also u may want to switch thongs up. Increase workouts one day, add Some strength training, etc.
  • Me! From what I have been hearing, eating 1100 or 1200 calories isnt enough. Maybe you need to eat more. I have upped my calories to 1300. Today I even ate some of my extra exercise calories....we'll see if I get better results, hopefully soon!
