Shirt - one size down (XL to L)

I am very happy to say that I fit into L sized shirts (shoulder 42 inch) from XL. I wore the L sized shirt to work today and people have said that they had been able to see me start transform. I have lost 13 kg (28 lbs) in the last 3 months, lost 9 kg (9 lbs) before started logging.
I need friends to motivate me. Please add me if you like.
