Frustrated!

Just having a rant!! I have been on here for 3wks, have lost about 3kg (6 or 7 pound I think). When I look in the mirror I can see a definite change especially in my stomach area - but according to the measuring tape I haven't lost ANYTHING!! How the hell can that be?? Such a noticable visual difference (and I'm my biggest critic so for me to acknowledge I've made a difference it has to be obvious) and yet not a cm lost?? RAHHH!!!!! End rant... lol

For me it is key to keep perspective on my timeline. Its best if I personally don't even pay much attention to how much time it takes to get the weight off. I wasn't in a hurry to GAIN weight and it sure didn't happen over night. I just try to incorporate diet and exercise into my daily routine to the point where it becomes a habit, something that just happens automatically. As long as I feel better I don't care what the measurements say.0

It's not so much about how much I've lost as such - more so that I don't understand how there can be no difference in the measurements with a very noticable difference visually... just thought I was getting my flat belly back and couldn't understand how it could say there was no change... :-)0

Are you measuring in the right places? Seems odd that you can see it in the mirror but not the measure tape?0

are you exercising....maybe that could be doing something....change to U.S. inches...maybe that will cut some inches(lol just kidding) but i agree with the previous person, maybe the tape is not hitting the same place...I have a pair of shorts I use to judge. I tried them just befor summer, I could zip them but wanted a little looser, honestly like 3 months later I tried them and COULD NOT zip them half way.....I have lost wait since then so I will give them a try tomorrow and check in with you! Keep up the good work....if you see the difference and feel it then it is there girl!! Have a great day tomorrow!0

Could be the monthly bloat. Try in 5-7 days. Just saying. We all get it, no matter our age or history. Right girls?:blushing:0

Three weeks isn't much time to expect big results. (Well you can expect them but you'll probably be disapointed.)
Hang in there and keep up the good work. It will work out.0
