Hello all, sorry it's taken so long.

Hi I've been on here a few weeks and have just found this, so sorry in not saying Hi before now. :blushing:
Just a few lines to say reading some many successful people's stories has been a BIG help :drinker:
I am doing the Up day, Down day diet. It seems to be working well, I do not know how much I have lost as I have binned the scales :tongue: . I am going on inches. sorry centimeters (slowing my age there ha ha :bigsmile: ). I in just 3 weeks I am down from a 38 to 36 jeans. Not going to rush out and buy loads of new one just yet, just got a good belt :laugh:
My cal count for this site is 1600, on the down days (I do one up, one down except for weekends!) after the walking I'm doing getting I'm getting around +600 cals. On the up days it's around 1000. I am walking off around 500 cals a day (walking to the bus and getting off early etc) so when you add hat in I'm not far of what I should be having. :drinker:
Looking forward to getting down to 11/12 st from 16 1/2 by March/April 2013. To every who post such inspirational story's, keep doing it. It really helps us keep going. :wink:
Any way that's enough from me (old age makes you go on a bit!).
