BRYERS ICE CREAM!!!!! So gooooooood and not to bad for you at 130 calories per half cup and 15 grams of sugar so WONDERFUL when it's 8pm and you have carbs and calories to burn!!!:love::heart:

    A nice FAT apple at about 2 pm. Gives me a little of that sugar I need to make it through to the end of the day, plus plenty of vitamins and about 80 or 90 calories to make it through to dinner. PERFECT!

    my favourite breakfast (healthy one, at least because dont get me started on pancakes :tongue: )

    Wildberry Instant Oatmeal with 1/2 cup wheat bran <---- this part is bland on its own but wait for it!!!

    Source Yogurt - Dessert - Lemon Meringue. WOW

    Mix up your Instant Oatmeal and spread it out in the bowl, let it cool slightly and add 1/2 cup to 1 cup of the Source Yogurt (or 1 container) and it honesty tastes like you are eating a lemon meringue pie with graham cracker crust.

    Serious! It is that good. Now I scarf down my breakfast in NO time at all.
