I wouldn't call it a diet...say lifestyle change0 -
Dont look at it as a diet, that denotes deprivation, and something that is temporary until you get to your goal. Look at it as a change in lifestyle. A place to learn where to control and fuel your body properly to gain longer life. The weight loss and changes in your body are a side effect of healthy living!!!0
