*****cat Dolls Workout DVD/Favorite Yoga DVD's?

Hi all! First off, I wanted to ask if anyone has tried the Pus*sycat Dolls Workout DVD [it's from 2009 just in case!] If you do have it, and have tried, what are the pros/cons? Do you recommend it? I would really appreciate it.

Also! I'm sure this doesn't fall in the same DVD category, but does anyone have any favorite yoga dvd's? Anything that works your mind AND body at the same time? I'm a beginner at yoga having done the segment from Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012, and having done some videos on Netflix, but I want to do something more, maybe something that makes your butt "pop" a little?

:flowerforyou: Much appreciated! Thank you!

Edit: I had no idea they would censor that lol

Amazon.com has a video clip of Pus*sycat Dolls.... I've always assumed this was dancy .... I can't dance so I've not tried either of these.

For yoga: collagevideo.com has video clips & reviews for hunrdreds of workout DVDs. I check there first .... to get ideas.

I really like Sara Ivanhoe's Yoga Body Makeover. This has 5 - 20 minute workouts & a 40 minute yoga/ball workout. Her instruction is down to earth. This is not power yoga ... you won't work up a sweat ... but you'll learn the moves.
