Stuck

At my lowest weight since starting to lose weight. I weighed in at 209. Then of course the holidays hit and I went back up. Since then i'm up and down but seem to be stuck between 216 -220. I know it's so much harder for woman to lose weight. Is there anything people can tell me that will help me over this hurdle. I just feel like if I can get just past this weight it will start falling off again. Help...
