The Little Things that Fuel your desire to keep going..

or are they so little...

1. Buying new shirts..getting rid of XXXL and XXL shirts
2. Tying my shoes without having to hold my breath...
3. Not to have my back suction to the tub when in the bath...I know that sounds terrible but it was a low point in life and funny at the same time
4. Seeing muscle lines in my shoulders and chest again..
