lol...you just had to see didn't ya? ok, while you are here...what I mean by that is "what gets you excited & motivated in the morning? I'm not a coffee drinker so it's either a splash of water in the face or an energy shot....then get the kiddos off to school so I can get my 40 minute garage gym elliptical and weight workout (well, elliptical down at the moment..waiting on part)

Well, for me, I know if I don't get up and just get moving, I'll sit on my *kitten* all day and do nothing but hang out on MFP. So, it's pretty simple really. Loud music helps.0

Music does it for me, and actually looking outside and seeing that its light out. Both things wake me up in the morning.
And then I have my coffee0 -

Nothing better than a quick (15-20 minute) run on the elliptical with MOVE! by Thousand Foot Krutch or BODIES by Drowning Pool! Gives me motivation and energy to get moving & get the house chores done! Then i have some water & an apple and do it again just before lunch.
Typically, i do the short runs 3-4 times per day. It REALLY keeps my energy up, my body burning and keeps my blood pressure maintained throughout the day better than one long run once a day!0 -
