Stair Climbing

I usually take the stairs at my work and wanted to log the exercise. I go up 7 flights 2 times a day all at once. So 14 total. I am trying to enter the amount of calories that I have burned. Not many I'm sure but makes me feel better to enter.:ohwell:

I did a ton of stair climbing when I got started. 14 flights 5 to 8 times. I think the MFP calculator includes climbing stairs? If not, back then, I used this site to give me a breakdown of calories burned: http://fatburn.com/free_tool_activity_burn.asp climbing stairs. Just time yourself: about how many seconds does it take to go up up one flight? Then multiply that by the number of flights. I forget if I had to go into My Exercises and create my own. It was very helpful to be able to log it and it turned out to be pretty accurate. As my weight went down I think I recalibrated the exercise entry.0
