Looking for MFP pals

Hello,
My name is Myles. I've been on MFP for a few weeks now, logging my food mostly consistently. Even logging the good with the bad really makes me think. It's been great, and have lost about 10lbs since joining. It's really helped me identify trigger foods that I wasn't noticing while flying by the seat of my pants. I'm probably down over 70 over the entire effort. I was/am easily in the Super Obese category, and am clawing my way out the old fashioned way.
I'm hoping to find people in the same position, or who have already made their goals. Heck, even anyone who just needs some atta boy/girl slaps on the back. I'm happy to give. I'm especially hoping to conect with some other men who've either, lost around 100lbs or more, or need to, all without surgery, pills, injections, etc. However, that said, anyone really is welcome to friend me.
In the long run, I hope we can learn from each other and find what works. Let's get fit together.

Congrats on your efforts! I just joined MFP about a week ago. I have lost 90 pounds but joined because after an accident in Feb and 2 recent surgeries, i was starting to get off track. Being able to see what I am eating and having them track the information for me has been so easy and very eye opening. I put my starting weight and set my goals as of the day I joined instead of where I was originally. Im hoping to lose at least 20 pounds by the end of the year. Best of luck to you on your journey.0
