This seems strange...

My measurements haven't changed in over a month even though I have continued to lose weight. Initially, my measurements dropped drastically, losing 5 inches from my midsection and 3 from my waist. When I first hit those measurements, I was at about 212, give or take. Now I'm down to 196, and my measurements are holding steady where they were at 212. Very strange.

I thought it might be muscle loss to account for the other 16 lbs lost, but the measurements of my arms, thighs and calves aren't dropping either. Also, I go to the gym 5 days a week, 3 days of strength training, 2 of cardio and abs, so I can't imagine that I'm losing muscle mass.

Where is the weight coming from if my measurements aren't dropping, and I'm not losing muscle?

I'd say this was either an error in measurements or you aren't measuring everywhere (biceps, forarms, waist, chest, hips, neck, quads, calves) or you're a freak lol

    Hey bro,

Its common for a young guy to build lean muscle tissue and drop fat simultaneously when motivated.I see it all the time. You sound as though your diet may be on point, your work load is solid but haven't taken body fat checks. Have you?

The test will give solid direction as to doing more or less adjusting to macro nutrients (carbs, pro and fats in diet) or intensity adjustments with training.

You should be happy...many guys would kill to be in your shoes :)

I really hope this help...keep going!
