Stop what you are doing and do 20 jumping jacks!

No excuses!
There is always time during your day to do some exercise.
If you have to wake up at 5am to get it done then do it!
If its just doing 20 minutes of walking then do it!

No matter what make time in your busy schedule to work out and feel good!!
