what should I use for my activity level

I'm using helloitsdan road map. If I go through fat to fit to get my bmr etc. what amount of calories I pick? 1-3 days a week of sports/exercise or 3-5 days? it's a pretty big difference. I am sedentary at my job. extremely.

my weight workouts and sports varies weekly.

I play hockey 1-3 times a week burning about 600-1200 per game/practice. Then I am doing starting strength program. Sometimes I make it all three days a week, sometimes just 1-2 then I need to reset a little. So I'm active 3 days a week minimum.

Any suggestions.
