    I agree with everyone here. Grieve the way you know how, but remember there is always a tomorrow and when you're ready, get right back on the horse.

    Thank you everyone for your kind words. The outpouring of support has been overwhelming. I may take some time off so I can grieve and mourn his passing but I will be back and will continue this journey to living a healthier lifestyle. I know that's what he would have wanted. :)
